Accuracy of Data

While Powerball.ca makes every effort to ensure draw results data is accurate, we will not be held responsible for any loss, monetary or otherwise, related to incorrect or defective lottery draw data. We strongly advise you check with official outlets before destroying any lottery tickets.

Use of Lottery Tools

Our lottery tools are for statistical analysis of Powerball lottery results only and in no way should be deemed to provide winning number combinations including, but not limited to, draw predictions.

Third Party Hyperlinks

Powerball.ca contains hyperlinks to information, products, or services operated by third parties. While Powerball.ca does its best to vet third part content available via hyperlinks, it shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort resulting from the use of a hyperlink nor will it be liable for any failure of products or services advertised or provided on third party websites.

Intellectual Property Rights

The rights of all logos used on Powerball.ca remain the property of their original owners.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Powerball.ca, its employees’ officers, suppliers or appointed agents be held liable or responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, financial, punitive or consequential damages howsoever caused that may arise in relation to the content of the Powerball.ca website. All information, designs and data on Powerball.ca does not constitute an invitation to participate in lottery on the part of Powerball.ca.

Governing Law

This Agreement (including any non-contractual obligations or liabilities arising out of it or in connection with it) shall be governed exclusively by, and construed exclusively in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
