Zen. Referred to as “the enlightenment by direct intuition through meditation”; or “a state of calm attentiveness in which one's actions are guided by intuition, rather than by conscious effort”; becoming one with. For example, for gardening, becoming one with the plants; for golf, being the ball.

Mindset

Zen is a mindset, a state of calmness and reflection on what you have, and what you want to have. For instance, if you want to have a great garden, you will need to become one with all the plants. You are the plant. You are its water and carbon dioxide. You are its cells and chlorophyll. The plants and you are one entity; what you want for the plants becomes for the plants. This applies to anything else you want to have happen in your life, and can be applied to the lottery as well.

Lottery Zen is a way of reflecting on the entire process of the draw, to use both your imagination and your intuition to naturally see the progress of the draw from ticket purchase to having the money. It is similar to visualization, but uses Zen meditation as the medium to create the “one.”

To practice Lottery Zen you will need to prepare yourself. First of all, lie down on your back on a bed or couch, or sit in a chair and wiggle into a position that is most comfortable for you. Next, you will need to enter into a very relaxed and calm state. Close your eyes and start counting backwards from 100 to 1. As you get closer to the lower numbers, you should feel your breathing becoming more shallow and your arms and legs beginning to feel more heavy. The closer you get to 1, you will feel yourself entering into a very quiet and calm state.

As you enter your Zen meditative state, you should begin to slowly imagine yourself purchasing your ticket. Don’t imagine how you are picking your numbers. Just imagine yourself buying the ticket or a number of tickets. The ticket numbers are irrelevant. Just imagine the ticket purchase. Next, switch over to the time after the draw in which you will check your ticket. Again, the numbers are irrelevant. Just let the action of you checking the tickets flow through your mind. Keep these two images in your mind for a while Relax and imagine. Don’t force it, don’t control it. Let your intuition guide the imaging.

Imagine yourself to richness

Now imagine that you have actually won the jackpot. In the front of your mind, you can be excited, but keep your body and intuitive mind calm and relaxed. Let your intuition create the images, don’t force them. Imagine you are having your picture being taken with the huge cheque. Imagine receiving the money into your bank account. Imagine yourself paying off your bills and enjoying your money. Again, keep these images flowing naturally for a while. Never force them, just let them happen as they occur.

Your body and your mind will now start to become one with the lottery win. Be the lottery. Let the lottery be you. You are the draw, the win, the money. Concentrate on that gently. When your intuition says that it is time to stop the Zen, slowly come back to yourself and open your eyes. Lay or sit for a few moments more as your mind sends out the Zen and the oneness of the lottery into the universe. As naturally as the Zen lottery imagining came to you, it will flow from you into the universe and hopefully manifest itself as you have felt.

As with any type of lottery meditation or similar type of visualization, there is no guarantee that it will actually let you win the lottery. However, projecting what you want, need, or desire into the universe through these types of states promotes a positive energy through and around everything in the universe and helps to focus it on the one thing you are meditating on.

Try practicing Zen lottery techniques and see if it works for you. Just don’t be surprised if you win a smaller prize or free ticket. Even though the universe will get your message, it may decide that what you need now supersedes what you want now.
